Definitions
‘The Company’ Off the front ltd.

Prices and VAT
The Company holds the right to change any prices without prior notice. Prices are quoted with VAT.

Carriage
UK Mainland orders are £5 £0-£49.99 excluding gift vouchers and saddle covers which are free postage. £50+ is free delivery. The Company holds the right to increase or decrease these values at anytime without prior notice. For international postage please contact us.

Part delivery/Lost or damaged costs
In the event of damaged or lost goods, the Company and the carrier must be notified within 3 days. And for non delivery, the Company and carrier should be notified within 10 days.

Descriptions
A lot of care has been taken in the Company’s writing on the site. The Company is not liable for any mistakes or inaccuracies. All information and documents given are published for the sole purpose of giving an accurate description of products. The Company reserves the right to change the product specification without prior notice.

Items

We try our best to keep the items up to date. In the event a mistake has been made, we will will try our best to resolve the issue.

Payment
In order for goods to be delivered, the buyer must pay fully before dispatch. The Company holds the right to keep goods until goods are fully paid for and will remain the Companies property.

Specifications
The Company hold the right to change any specifications of any item without prior notice.

Returns policy

Here at Interbike, it is our priority to ensure you are happy with your purchase, In the unlikely event you are not happy, then please feel free to return your goods within 21 days for UK customers and 28 days for International customers.

Conditions for return:

  If you are returning your goods because they are the wrong colour, does not fit or are not suitable, then we are not responsible for the payment of postage. However, if you want to return something due to it being faulty, then we will refund up to £25 carriage. We do recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return the items as to cover yourself against loss. 

 You cannot return without authorisation from Interbike. You can do this by email, post, telephone or fax.

  A full receipt is needed in order for you to return the goods.

 Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and come with its original packaging with all the labels attached. We will not refund anything which has been used unless it is faulty.

If you would like to return a purchase, then please fill out the returns form provided and send or email it to us.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping Charges

£0-£49.99= £5 Shipping

£50+ = FREE SHIPPING! Also applys for saddle covers and vouchers.

This is currently UK only, but contact us if you need international postage.

We offer other shipping incase you need it quicker but surcharges apply:

(The surcharge is added to the standard shipping, e.g. you spend £40. You pay £5 shipping and if you want Delivery by 9am you pay a extra £9 on that, so in total £14 shipping)

Courier 24 - £4 surcharge

Courier 48 - £2 surcharge

Delivery by 9am the next day - £9 surcharge

Delivery by 10am the next day - £7 surcharge

Delivery by 12pm the next day - £6 surcharge

Collection from our shop is free

Standard shipping may take an additional 2-5 days delivery after dispatch

If ordered before 3pm, then the items will be dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday (if the items are in stock) If ordered after 3pm, then the items will be dispatched the following working day.

Packaging

The shipping costs includes the cost of the materials and the time it takes us to package them.

Interbikeonline accepts the following cards:

Cheque

Cheques are accepted. But the product that you have bought will not be sent until the cheque has cleared. It will be despatched between Monday and Saturday, within 24 hours of the cheque clearing.

Cheques should be for: Off the Front Ltd.

Paypal is secure, fast and reliable availble with no surcharge.

This is availble for people who want to collect there item from our shop. You can pay directly to us when you come and collect.

With the information we collect, we do not pass on to any third-partys and any information or data given will remain completely confidential. Any information which is recorded and kept on our computer system has been registered. The information given to us will only be kept for as long as it is needed.
